Two Acquaintances is the first recorded version of the hip-hop parody I wrote for my Bride, the summer I was away. It’s about a road trip to Iowa City, when a protection order stood between her and I. She once demanded that we were only, just acquaintances, and questioned at the time, if we were even compatible.
